Cecil is doing well and his eyelids look much better than they do in this video. It was filmed shortly after his major reconstructive surgery. He needs one more procedure where the vet will “freeze” the hairs that are rubbing his eyes. He will also need a real forever home soon, so if you know anyone who’d like to adopt this extraordinary loveable tiger, contact BARC at 718-486-7489 or visit http://wwwbarcshelter.org for adoption information.
